Let’s begin with a few examples that can be used to open a conversation.

Section 1

Barista: Hola, bienvenido a Café Bonito. ¿Qué vas a llevar?
Cliente: No estoy seguro. ¿Cuál café me recomiendas?

Barista: Bueno, eso depende. ¿Qué tipo de cafés te gustan? ¿Fríos o calientes?
Cliente: No me gustan los frappes, a mi me gusta que el café esté caliente.

Barista: Muy bien, ¿Te gusta que el café sea dulce y suave o que sea fuerte?
Cliente: No me gusta el café fuerte, hace que me duela el estómago. Me gusta el café con leche y me gusta que sea dulce.
