Hábito 1: Levantarse temprano. Aunque existen muchas empresas en las que dormir poco es visto como algo heroico. En realidad, es un hábito que termina por afectar la salud y la productividad. No sólo se trata de levantarse temprano, lo importante es dormir 7 u 8 horas que permitan un descanso de calidad.
