Here is the First Set of Phrases in Spanish for Customer Service Representatives:
Let’s begin with a few examples that can be used to open a conversation.
Phrase 1
- Hola, mi nombre es Alberto García; gracias por llamar a Banco del Norte. ¿Me puede decir su nombre?
- Hi, my name is Alberto García; thank you for calling Banco del Norte. May I know your name?
- Hola, mi nombre es Alberto García; gracias por llamar a Banco del Norte. ¿Me puede decir su nombre?
In this example, depending on the time of the day, you could replace the word “hola” for one of these words:
- Buenos días – Good morning
- Buenas tardes – Good afternoon
- Buenas noches – Good evening
Phrase 2
- Mucho gusto. ¿Cómo puedo ayudarle hoy?
- Nice to meet you. How may I help you today Sir?
- Mucho gusto. ¿Cómo puedo ayudarle hoy?
The next phrase is another alternative you could use to start this kind of conversation.
Phrase 3
- ¿Cómo puedo ayudarle?
- How may I help you Sir?
- ¿Cómo puedo ayudarle?
You could also say:
- ¿Cómo puedo ayudarle hoy?
- How may I help you today?
- ¿Cómo puedo ayudarle hoy?
Now, let’s go over a few phrases that can be used to help customers feel heard and understood.
Phrase 4
- Entiendo cómo se siente.
- I understand how you feel.
- Entiendo cómo se siente.
You could also say:
- Entiendo que se sienta así
- I understand that you feel that way
- Entiendo que se sienta así
Phrase 5
- Entiendo su punto de vista. Vamos a trabajar juntos para encontrar una solución.
- I understand your point of view. We will work together to find a solution.
- Entiendo su punto de vista. Vamos a trabajar juntos para encontrar una solución.
